Introduction

 

The Rochester Suzuki Strings is willing to have a home in form of building that not only serves its needs but also create a destination for the whole community. Music is preserved as an essential contributor to have people gather around and socialize. The architectural response to this matter is very crucial in a way that it needs to symbolize the heart parti of the project.

Project Intent

This project document is an integrative look at building design and construction. The aim is to introduce the process of designing a building through its different  development phases starting from sketches to the final finishes. This document will present the development of a project  through three phases: Pre-Design which includes programming and analysis, planning and design which includes concept evaluation and schematic design phases, the presentation of the work on this phase will be done by two students with each presenting their proposition and then final phase will be the design development of one of the two propositions.
